Video call

Take the live video call with your dentist. 

Reservation Fee

Prior to your video call, your dentist reviews the dental profile you submitted and makes an initial assessment of your case. During the video call, you and your dentist will be able to better determine the best treatment plan for you. A video call usually lasts from 20 to 45 minutes.

After the video call, our clinic secretary will reach out to you to discuss and finalize the date and time for your clinic visit. 

The reservation fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your bill on your visit. Finalized appointment schedules can be changed at least 48 hours before the appointed date and time. Late notices and no-shows will forfeit the reservation fee.

This allows you to initially discuss your concerns with our dentist without having to leave the safety and comfort of your home. With your mobile device, tablet or computer, our dentists can visually see your concerns and can effectively communicate treatment options before seeing you in the clinic.

To aid social distancing, all necessary preparations are now done before your actual clinic visit to minimize time, cost and exposure – for you and for our staff.

WHEN TO SEEK TREATMENT

According to the Philippine Dental Association, get care right away for these kinds of serious problems:

• Bleeding that doesn’t stop

• Painful swelling in or around your mouth

• Pain in a tooth, teeth or jawbone

• Gum infection with pain or swelling

• After surgery treatment (dressing change or stitch removal)

• Broken or knocked out tooth

• Denture adjustment for people getting radiation or other cancer treatment

• Snipping or adjusting wire of braces that hurts your cheek or gums

• Biopsy of abnormal tissue

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION SCHEDULE

Our dentists and specialists conduct profile reviews and video calls from 10am to 4pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

In protecting your privacy, your personal records are kept safely secured on file for office use only.


INSURANCE CLAIMS

When you receive dental services that are not part of your insurance benefits, you are responsible to pay for them personally. Your HMO does not pay for all of your dental health care costs. HMO only pays for covered benefits which oftentimes do not cover most routine dental services.

Make sure that you are always aware of your benefits and your utilization. Keeping up to date on this information will help you make an informed choice about whether or not you want to receive dental services that you will have to pay for yourself.

AGE RESTRICTION

Patients who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal right, capacity and ability can accept and agree to the terms and conditions of BSA’s virtual consultation services.

Patients who are under 18 years old should have a parent or a guardian initiate the request and attend the virtual consultation.
